Governance

The Association known as the Great Lakes Chapter of the North American Rock Garden Society is governed by its Articles of Association dating from 25 March 2001, and a set of Bylaws (to be) newly adopted in August 2019 that describe in more detail how the Association functions, its Membership and Board of Directors, Officers and how they are elected and all that's needed for appropriate legal constitution in the State of Michigan.

The draft Bylaws (5 Jan 2019) are available as an HTML page or in the form of a Microsoft Word document, which will eventually be the document of record. The current revision (27 Aug 2019) Draft Bylaws are be considered at the 2019 Fall meeting.
